The University of Michigan will host its first night game against Notre Dame in 2011. This will be Michigan's first time having a night game at Ann Arbor which will bring a different kind of atmosphere to the stadium, which is under renovation at the moment. Michigan has a lot to be excited about for the next two years in this recent announcement. Die hard fans will most likely have tickets for that game before this 2010 season is even over!
To be honest, I never knew that this would be the first night game at Michigan. But then again, come to think of it, I've never watched a home michigan game at night. This may come to a surprise for a lot of fans such as myself, like why they never had a night game before? They're one of the most storied college football teams ever. It's pretty amazing that a storied program like Michigan is still able to make history for its program which will bring more fans and money to the school.
