32 team conference

There are 119 teams in division 1 football and are all split up into different conferences regarding their geographic location. The Bleacher Report discussed a hypothetical situation for the NCAA to think about, which was to have 32 of the best teams in D1 to only play. This would cause an uproar across the nation and possibly the world because of the popularity in college football. It also makes it hard to want to follow a team you never liked before. Of course this is all hypothetical, but it definitely leaves room for conversation and discussion among twitter users. The slide show that explained and showed what teams would be in that 32 team conference made sense but to leave out 87 teams on the table like that would make it impossible for students to want to go to those schools that don't have a football team.
