BCS tryin for the playoffs.

The Bowl Championship Series is trying to get the playoffs again, which would mean that instead of the bowls at the end of the season there would be brackets like there is in basketball or division 1AA football. If this is true and actually stands, it takes away that college football stands for. College football stands for something more than just an ethical way of playing sports, its different and makes it more entertaining for the true football fan. If this stands it will be a terrible way to end a season. Ultimately, not very many things would change, except for four teams having to play an extra game or two, a whole lot of coaches making less money, and a lot of fans having to face the facts that their programs aren't as good as they thought they were. We need to keep things the way they are. This has been an on going debate for years and with facebook and twitter being a huge social media connection to the world, espn has done what they need to do to post this on their twitter page so fans like me can see what it is they are thinking about doing.

  1. I don't know if they don't go to a playoff format, I still think they need to change something. The BCS doesn't work, just ask the 2008 Longhorns
